Rotorua raised with summers spent at the beach, Andre has an affinity with the mountains and the sea so it’s little wonder his pastime passions involve the rush of diving down ski slopes or the calm of diving the depths of his beloved Hauraki Gulf for seafood so he can then dive into a great meal with his family.
In previous lives as a ski instructor in Austria, a trained chef traveling the world, and then setting up restaurants back home Andre learned that serving up a great experience was what people loved and what he loved doing.
And that’s what he brings to the table today.
