GREEN SHOOTS?

5 of the 7 properties offered for sale at our city auction rooms this Wednesday afternoon sold unconditionally "under the hammer".  Most with multiple bidders.

After the auction, one of the successful buyers we talked with wondered if they had just "picked the bottom of the market". 

This is of course impossible to say with any certainty at the moment, but given recent increase in buyer activity, both at open homes and now starting to creep into the auction rooms - it may be a good idea to seriously consider getting one's property ready to sell.  

The buyers are beginning to bite!
