"Agent's Caravan": noun

Definition:  A real estate term for an "agents inspection" where real estate agents travel in a convoy of vehicles ("caravan") and personally inspect newly listed properties just before they come onto the market.   

This gives agents the opportunity to contact their personal databases and give early "pre-market advice" of upcoming listings to their clients.

Now we've got the official definition out of the way, we can report that our office had our busiest "caravan" of new listings for the year this week.  We inspected several properties about to hit the market and quickly called our list of waiting buyers.
