LOTS OF "BLUE PINS" AT THE MOMENT!

Every week we update our Central West "GoogleMap" which shows the latest property sales and listings in our region.  All properties are listed regardless of company to give a complete synopsis of what is happening in the region.

• New listings this week are plotted with a GREEN PIN, 

• After the property has been on the market for a week, the pin turns BLUE, 

• And remains blue until it sells, at which time the pin turns RED

If we can find out the selling price, we make it available when you click on the red pin.

As you can see, this year, our area is "A SEA OF BLUE PINS".  Lots of property on the market at the moment.
