Marian Tolich, our branch auctioneer called the "pre auction auction" of 14 Armada Drive in Ranui last Friday in our Grey Lynn Branch office.

The vendor had accepted a "pre auction offer" of $850,000 and this then became the reserve at the brought-forward auction.

There were extra purchasers brought in from different Barfoot & Thompson agents from across the non-franchised network, including agents with buyers from our

  • Henderson and

branches.


Needless to say the vendor was thrilled with all the extra activity and the property sold "under the hammer" at $926,000 to a purchaser introduced from our Dannemora Branch.
