SOLD IN SEPTEMBER

September has been a very busy month of sales in our office with more people attending open homes, auctions and indeed making offers.

How will October fare?  If history is anything to go by, many will take a "wait and see" approach with respect to the election.  This would mean a pause on activity around the election date, then given our proximity to Christmas, a short burst of sales pre Christmas.

Our pipeline of people intending to sell next year is growing.  Lots of property appraisals happening at the moment.  We'll continue to keep you posted with anything new that comes to the market and the latest recent sales results - here each week and on our up-to-date Google Map.
